My name is Heather Williams.  I am a licensed massage therapist and certified lymphedema therapist.  I grew up in Kentucky, lived in Pensacola for a bit, and moved to Nashville in 2005.   Fairview has been my home since 2014.  I have a cat, Kitty, and a number of woodland critters who call my yard home, including a demanding box turtle and a rather surly groundhog I call Chester.  After spending the last several years working remotely in health information management, I began to feel a bit isolated and disconnected from my community.  So, I went to massage school, graduated in 2022, and began working as a solo practitioner.  I truly believe in the healing power of human touch and that connection has been essential in my own health and wellness journey.  My goals as a therapist include helping people relax and relieving pain, but more importantly I want to help them feel at home in their own bodies
